followed by a five course gourmet dinner and live entertainment from Louise Wild.
And to finish the evening off, enjoy a cheeseboard and glass of port for supper then dance the night away till 1am.

Pancetta and Chestnut Mushroom, Glazed with a Merlot Sauce set on Cauliflower infused Mash
Exotic Jack Fruit & Wild Mushroom set in a Vintage Cider Cream
